Account Manager - Sustainability Team
The Role

This role provides vital support to our customers by delivering a range of desk-based consultancy services including identification of viable sustainable energy projects, PPA application and accreditation, data monitoring and analysis and reporting of performance.  The role involves a high level of customer interaction.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Feasibility and specification of sustainable energy technologies
  • Responsibility for delivery of PPA contracts
  • Responsibility for delivery of FIT contracts
  • Project management of generation and energy efficiency projects
  • Technical knowledge for customer support
  • Metering knowledge for site works support
  • Responsibility for supporting supplier relationships for sustainable product delivery requirements
  • Produce update reports for the customer in line with the agreed specification
  • Maintain comprehensive database records in accordance with defined procedures

Account Manager - Energy Procurement Team
The Role

This role involves building relationships and providing delivery of services to large multi commodity corporate clients in the UK by providing a high quality service and reporting thereof, resulting in a high level of client retention, together with increasing the average revenue per client through cross-selling of Trident Utilities Ltd’s full product range.

  • Meeting KPI’s, retention, revenue, up selling, and client issues
  • Responsible to interface directly with large, sometimes multi site, clients at board room level
  • Responsible to liaise directly with utility suppliers on behalf of Trident clients
  • Co-ordinate multi commodity, corporate clients implementation and ongoing requirements
  • Co-ordinate and deliver strategic interaction and required reporting for multi commodity corporate clients
  • Responsible for negotiation and implementation of clients’ annual energy contracts, both flexible and fixed price

Business Development Manager - Sales Team
The Role

This role involves the development of new business relationships and the introduction of a range of energy cost reduction and sustainable energy products to large commercial energy consumers, through pre-appointed meetings with high level executive contacts.

Applicants will be self motivated and performance driven, ideally with some energy industry experience and a track record of consultative sales in the high end corporate environment.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Qualify prospects and generate leads
  • Attend prospect and client meetings to showcase Trident’s services & products
  • Negotiate contracts to generate profitable revenue from sales opportunities
  • Process customer orders and assist with contract mobilisation
  • Keep up to date with product developments
  • Collaborate with other departments within Trident to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Schedule appointments, calls, and meetings
  • Represent Trident in a professional and positive manner at all times
  • Complete meeting notes in a timely manner

The Role

This role involves the introduction of a range of energy cost reduction and sustainable energy products to large commercial energy consumers, in order to book meetings with high level executive contacts.

Applicants will be tenacious, self-motivated and performance driven, ideally with some energy industry experience and a track record of working well in a team environment.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Qualify prospects and generate leads
  • To arrange initial and subsequent meetings for the sales team, promoting Trident and our product offering
  • To complete all paperwork to the required standard, ensuring smooth communication to sales and operations
  • To ensure CRM is updated correctly
  • To promote the Trident brand to customers and prospects through effective use of marketing literature
  • To maximise the potential for appointments by making contact with the appropriate people in all events
  • To ensure appointments are made of high quality and meet the standard required
  • To consistently achieve monthly appointments, KPI’s and annual sales targets
