Alice joined Trident over two years ago and is now a Data Administrator. She helps keep the office organised, making sure everyone gets their birthday card. How long have you been working at Trident?
2 years and 4 months.
How did you get into the industry?
After completing my business administration apprenticeship, I knew I wanted to go full time into doing something that really interests me. So that’s when I applied for a position at Trident! Since then I have learnt many new things and I look forward to learning much more in the future.
What is your greatest achievement?
I lost nearly five stone in a year. Although I have put weight on during lockdown. I’m now back on plan and looking forward to getting the weight I’ve put on, back off!
What responsibilities do you have within your job role?
Some of my responsibilities within my job include answering incoming calls to Trident, distributing the post, supporting the Engineering, Account management & Sustainability teams with data admin requests, completing RHI submissions, invoice entry, bru runs for my pod and making sure everyone gets their birthday cards!
What have you learnt about the industry since working at Trident?
I have learnt about the different types of renewable energy/ energy efficiency schemes within the industry.
What is it like being a member of team Trident?
Fun! Team Trident is amazing. It’s lovely to feel a part of such a great team.
What is your favourite film?
Alice In Wonderland.
What is your favourite thing to do outside of work?
Spending time with my loved ones (I’m really looking forward to seeing them all once it’s safe to do so).

The best thing about working at Trident has to be my colleagues! They are always happy to help and full of good advice.
